My brother's BOS account and Jaguar (BOS) account didn't get transferred (or weren't showing up) at BetCris when others were reporting no problem with account transfers. We ended up e-mailing BOS customer service just recently after a Google search of their url gave me a skeletal home page with a csd reference. Not long after, half of the amount that was in the two accounts combined showed up with BetCris as
eligible for wagering. To be clear; the entire amount was moved over, but only half of the total was made available for wagering.
We're now trying to find out why the whole amount of the two accounts was moved over to BetCris but only half of the balance was made available for wagering. I'll update this as we receive news . . .
