You guys always seem to hit 2 out of 3. Sure, Round Robin pays less than hitting a parlay but you'd be up instead of down if you had done this from the beginning.

best part of changing it to a round robin format is you can reset your record...

all parlays are bad imo (unless you're trying to increase your limits on a certain play)

or if you're doing only parlays and are getting fair value and extremely good at it

Yeah - a Round Robin makes perfect sense in this situation. You guys have been so close quite a bit. A Round Robin would be perfect! Like Fiasco said, you can start your record all over again.

*** Stl/NYM over 7 +105... I know this is a GREAT pitching matchup and all, but come on. The bullpens could come in and give up runs or one team can shut down the other while whooping them 8-0. So many possiblities here. Based on price alone, for over 7 lil runs, we HAVE to seriously consider this... Come on, +105 for over a small number? Seems like a no-brainer to me. And in a Round Robin, no less. Should this not hit, we can hit on others.

**Was +110... Zimmerman vs Smoltz. It's Smoltzy's debut. I think he will need a few starts before he is in top form. Wash won't be swept at home. Pavy is right when he says to play a team that lost two straight at home because rarely do teams get swept at home. Great price here..


*** LA Dodgers RL +105.. Billingsley shuts down the Chi Sox and LA smacks Richard around a lil bit.... I like this play ALOT

***CLE RL +105 Lee shuts down Pit, Ohlendorf gives up a few... Enough said...

** Az/tex under 9.5 EV.... Neither offense seems that great right now. Pretty good that this is even money

Guys, our biggest problem has come from the selection process. I would propose we try this:

- List picks as one to three stars in order of strength.
- A three star play becomes official provided a significant majority (somewhere in the 75% range) also has it as a 2 star or higher play.
- Any two star play can become official via vote.
- Any one star play becomes official if universal on the board.
- Anytime two people have a 3 star play that contradicts another proposed 3 star both are automatically dismissed.

This might be worth using as a guideline to help us get our picks back on track.

Well - I like the Mets/Cards over 'cause I think Johan has been rocked the last couple of starts. But the Cards bats weren't exactly impressive. I'd give this a **

The Boston game is more like a * 'cause it's the freakin' Nats, LOL. I mean they've surprised us a few times but man - I don't know.

Here are a few of my leans so far. I make a lot of my picks by watching lines and checking updates from bookies, as well as digging through press conferences and from watching the games themselves. Won't have anything final till tomorrow, but so far I like:

** LAD RL: As TIK said, Biilingsley has been great this year and should provide another solid outing. Dodgers have enough hitting to win this by 2 or more runs.

** FLA: Florida is 17-8 against left handed pitching. Hill has an era of 5.18. i expect the Marlins to roll here.

** PHI: Bastardo has proven to be a contender on the road, while Sonnanstine has been touched up fairly easily this year. Tampa is 11-13 against left handed pitching. World series all over again, Rays continue to choke.

I took Stl after going with houlihans picks... But the mets could whoop em again. I just like Carpenter and it seems profitable to fade Johan lately...
