Cutler would be my 2nd or 3rd choice, but he is too much of a whiner. Rivers plays with passion and is always fired up. You want that out of a QB

Cutler has more arm strength but decision making and accuracy belong to Rivers. And we have seen that arm strength is overrated... Rivers for MVP!
