The Greek cut the online limits of a friend of mine to $0.

            True story.

My records didn't match my available balance. I called to ask for my history from the 2 previous months. They told me they wouldn't give me that information. I said there was a discrepency and that it was probably my error but that in the past I've found many errors on the sportsbook's part and just wanted to straighten things out. I was never anything but polite. The manager gets on the phone with a real shiitty attitude from the start. I explain the situation and he tells me "If you don't trust us, here's $100 and we don't want you here!" I just started laughing at the utter absurdity of the whole thing.

I remember you posting something about this before Ricky. I personally didn't believe you at first, but now that your mentioning it again it does makes me wonder.

I believe everything that RS wrote. Although I think Greek is a great and safe bookie, they have no problem with closing accounts /I saw just temporary suspension/ with any reason they want.

The guy from 5dimes was right. Every manager is a God and we can only shift to another God. No problem, that is reality.

and btw as greek is fast at grading, they do many mistakes. I remember once they graded a wager incorrectly (win instead of loss), I betted some wager and after that they regrade my graded wager to loss. It was funny to see a negative balance. Fortunatelly I won another game before the bet that was betted with no money won, so everything was OK.

Why would I make it up?

What I wrote is exactly what happened. Call Wally and ask for the phone log.

Ricky, When I first read your original post I really didn't think that would happen for asking such a simple question was all. Hell, that should be common courtesy IMO

Yeah, exactly. Any player should have the right to get an official record of every wager made at any time, whether it was yesterday or ten years ago. Efficient, accurate record-keeping is a fundamental component of a business which is based solely on financial contracts.

Can you imagine calling your Morgan Stanley broker to request your end-of-year transaction report and having him tell you to go fuuck yourself?

How about visiting Citibank after finding an error while balancing your checkbook and they respond by terminating your account and having you escorted out by security?

The Greek's policies are ludicrous and it speaks to how fragile this industry really is that even the so-called leaders have the business acumen of an average lemonade stand operator.
