johnny v thanks for the info. You were always a voice of reason on these boards. I never really chased a bonus like this. in the past i would ignore them. this time it was 500 so i figured i would give it a shot. Not a great move as it caused a big mess. but i am grateful it got resolved.

I use sportsbook.com and i know they are not highly rated but as a platinum member they treat me great. I get 10 percent bonus on every deposit, fast payouts now through an e wallet where i can make larger withdrawals of say 20k at a time, and they give me 5 percent cash back on sports losses every month. they also have sent me bears tickets and other nice stuff so I have been happy there but i may try out this matchbook. mofo advised me.

People are what they are. When you look over a case without hoping that any one side is right its easy to make a judgement. I, in this case, wanted to side with Jimmy before hearing all the facts; I can't help wanting to side with the player, being a player myself. However, after thouroughly looking over this, what took place is obvious and deporable.

He broke a rule and, in doing so, forfeited his rights at that book. Simple as that. That is not a rule I made, they did.

EOG made the only decision that could be made. We don't need any one book here, but we're not going to back someone blindly. The player broke a written rule and the book acted within those rules.

All is fair in love and Forumville. I have been on the inside of these. They tried to scam you. As soon as it was clear that the scam went over like a turd in a punch bowl they went to plan B. If they could have gotten some support that you were a scammer then they would have been sucessful. But when 95% turned on them they went into face saving mode.

I'm glad it worked out. we do not have much pull with scambooks so we have to rely on putting pressure on their main promoters. It worked out perfectly this time. It doesn't always.

yes i did get testy when i was being ripped apart. I am willing to forgive as i now understand their motives. The end result is there and as much as i appreciate the posters help I also have to give a ton of credit to shrink and eog because it was there relationship with the book that gave me a shot. I understand the posters did have a big impact. That combination was the key. Just one without the other may not have worked.

Jimmy I have nothing personal against anyone. Mo is my friend and Ken is a guy i learned a lot from both good and bad. You were not the first intended Oddsmaker victim and you will not be the last. If you would have played this off the forum they would have told you basically what they told you; take a long hike on a short peir. You will be paid because your fellow players rose up against fraud and corruption. Any other thanks is just lip service until the check clears... we all understand too.

I just dont want to see a fued develop because of my situation. This competition thing seems pointless. We are all in this together and i think the forums working together is the best way to get the player taken care of. I just wanted to try and make peace now that things are settled. This was a victory for the player.
