This poll appeared shortly after I brought up the possibility that John might bring mofo back into the fold should things sour at his current hellhole.

Knowing (or sensing) the popularity of BBD, it was a dig at mofo, since his association with the devil-in-disguise (shrink) makes him persona non grata around here.

John knew BBD would receive more votes.

Well, because in polls they never include options that they know will be getting only a fraction of a percent. When they do polling for President, they just ask you the two major party candidates, even though there are other candidates from the Working Families Party and whatever. They leave those out because they know they will only be getting .000001% of the vote. So it's the same with having an option for "both" in this case.

Totally stupid. The idea of a poll is to find out what people actually think--not what you believe (know) they should think. Leaving out a legit option like BOTH assumes how people "should" vote. I guess you don't grasp the concept of polls. All options should be listed--even if you think only a fraction of a percent might choose it.
