It's the Governments problem and if constitutional law changes are made it happens at the Government level and not the Presidential level.. Presidents really don't have much power with out the full support of House and Congress..

Kids are being coddled and parents not doing their job of teaching their children or disciplining their children from a young age or teaching them how to handle disappointments.
