I'm seeing on the news now that law enforcement really responded in a hurry.. This could have been much worse... There was a teacher that was a former Marine and saw the kid with the gun.. He did not have a weapon so he closed and locked the class room door to try and protect his students...
Now if that Marine school teacher was packing a concealed weapon he could have stopped the shooter dead before he even started shooting.. Gotta arm responsible teachers!!!! That will help..

First at the local level, then at the state level. For some reason, people get very emotional when you try to enact any gun law. It's perplexing to me. Why would ANYONE want more people to have guns? It makes no sense and is borderline delusional. Our community has a no cell phone while driving law. Abide by it or get a ticket. Is it really that hard? Why can't we have a no gun law as well for most areas? That way when you catch the perp with a gun you can bring down the full arm of the law. You'll get collection agencies after you but they can't really do anything legally to force you to pay.. After 7-10 years of bad credit the debt collectors will stop calling and sending bills in the mail and you can start over..
I know a few people that had to do that years ago.. They even owned property and had 50 gees in Crredit Ccard debt.. Nothing happened.. Property wasn't seized or anything. Started over in 10 years fresh and have amazing creddit again today...
We all hit bumps in the road in life, if the bumps are too big sometimes you have to walk away from them and make a new fresh start.. You still will have to live with the fact you stiffed Creeddit Carrrd companies and are scum which other hard working American consumers will have to pick up that bill for you in the form of higher interest rates when they carry balances...

Companies are becoming more and more transactional (everything is paper/report driven and tracked), so that they can move those transactions to countries with cheaper labor. The final step is to let the computers do the work of the low wage people in those countries. It's happening right now. AI is replacing thousands of people. People who believed in the American dream, worked very hard in HS to be the select few in college, then even harder chasing a degree in college and can't find jobs.
