I don't have intimate knowledge of Teela's situation but it's easy to see how a problem could get started. She comes to SBRforum, she sees all the together people who appear to have the world on a string. Who wouldn't want to live like these people?

But no one warns you what a fine line it is between chuckling at a write-up from The Prick about a free contest, and becoming an after-school special.

That goes for you too Bread. If people won't love you for who you are, why, they're just not real friends at all.

Muddy I seem to have lost many friends here while I attempt to take 2+ months off of drinking.

Did you experience this phenomena as well? Do they act this way because they are sad inside? Will I ever do better than 1-3 with my bets on any given night?

There's a guy that sells eggs on the side of the road every afternoon when I'm on the way home. Just $2 a dozen. Think he's raking it in because I noticed the other day he had his self a new pair of camo overalls.

Two distinct questions here. There is the question of what happens with friends upon stopping drinking. And the question of how to bet successfully.
