my local is an absolute retard. No parlays, no halfs, no quaters, basically all he does is 6 pnt teasers for football, straight and 4 point teasers for basketball. Adding on my friend was down like 200 one week the guy paid him 350$ and it literally was impossible for him to have won his bets so he really has down syndrome
