Let me complain about Pinn a little, since there's not much negative to say about them. Their emails are totally impersonal. One time, I came close to sign my email: Pinnacle Sports Client. I understand they have some ready-made emails which allow them to save time and respond quickly but I did receive one specific email and I was still Mr. Pinnacle Sports Client. I should start my next email with: Dear Customer Service Department,...

Thats why they are the Nr.1, they dont waste time and money playing nice.
No girl names on live chat CS, no dear dear dear honeybunny with sugar on top player,
no phone numbers where you need to pay for agents, etc.

They have millions of customers by now prolly, they just dont need this shit.
And i gotta tell you - i like that, its honest. Cause someone sitting on an island 1000km away doesnt give a shit about a computer name.

Everytime i sent an email to Pinny it got answered in max. 1 hour, no matter what daytime it was.
The answers are OK, i dont care if they adress me as "Pinnacle sports client". Mabye because thats what iam?

Everytime i requested a Neteller payout it was there in 5-20 mins, and my last payout was for around 6k. Not many books are offering this.

You guys prolly are frustrated gambling losers, who need some love from their bookie. No offense, but thats the way it seems to me.
They dont have their A+ for nothing.
And i say that because thats how it is, and they EARN it.
              End of the story.

                Lighten up dude.

Having donated $15,000 tp the Pinnacle bookmaking scholarship fund last month I think it is OK to bust their balls from time to time. No one is perfect even if they set the standard.

The clerks have a fackin sense of humor. Try asking them something stupid like if it is possible to win a trip to their Super Bowl party and if they will have open bar. They will answer your question by NOT answering it. You will probably get a email back about how valuable -105 juice is.

I agree. they could improve a lot on their responses. They seem to be looking for a canned response instead of picking up the phone and calling their line desk or whatever...its frustrating at times.

                    LMAO

I have bet God knows how much money with them and aside from understanding their lines and knowing I will get paid when I ask for it, tough to feel much of a personal connection to Pinnacle. But I think they sort of want that. :|

What's wrong with you guys...who cares how they address you as long as they have good lines and they pay. Jesus....Neteller withdraw was in my account in less than 5 minutes from them.

Hell, my studnets email me all the time with similar questions and I just copy and paste and rearrange the content of previous messages. Your talking about a A+ sportsbook with thousands of clients emailing them hourly what do you expect a love letter?

                          Sir,

Our Helm staff advise the NBA opening night lines will be up the night before the games for sure.

You can check the site earlier as they may try to add these lines sooner.

I found a half-time line that they forgot to take down. I bet ten dollars on it to see if it would go through, and then sent them a note explaining the problem. I got a stiff response back that my bet had been cancelled, and that I'd better not pull stuff like that again. They've got a lot figured out there, but the push-button CS is certainly a weak link in the chain as I'm sure they learned in their recent survey.
