Brock it's extremely hot down here right now...a friend of mine went to Grand Isle this past weekend, said they caught 2 icechest full of fish..one full of redfish and other trout...do you have family in Grand Isle or you renting down there??? Are you coming to N.O. w/ your family??

L2, its a family trip for sure, my wife loves it there too. staying at Le Richelieu in the quarta. Just doing a day trip to Grand Isle, can't wait to see the fishing there.

You have any local joints you can recommend for great food?? I went to one place a few years ago and was just blown away, its closed since the storm and never reopened, ever heard of Uglesich's?? That place was a total dump, but had the most amazing food.
