Now that I finally heard the audio for first time, announcer used term as a COMPLIMENT, i.e., Westbrook was playing out of his mind. He did not use phrase how it is normally used. Either way, not offensive.

On top of that he's an announcer for an NBA team that is well known and liked. His love for the game and players is also well known.. Chances of him being racist are slim and none.. Call it a slip of the tongue at worst but to call this man a racist is just wrong on every level.. It's a harmless old term that was used even in older cartoons.. Not ment to be racist..
