What the hell is that annoying bee buzzing -humming noise at soccer Federations Cup?

I'm no soccer fan.I think it's a dainty man's sport as far as how alot of the players and fans act and behave.I'll bet on occassion on it if a specific free bet is included in a deposit bonus and I find it boring.Each to their own though.

But can someone explain what that constant droan of kazoo like bee buzzing or humming noise in the crowd?What is the motive behind it?????I can fall asleep with a heavy metal band playing and I don't get annoyed by sound at all but damn if that's not the stupidist noise to piss you off.It's worse than Dumb and Dumber where the thug was going to blow their brains out in the van for making the most annoying noise in the world and sicking Mockingbird.
