Brazil has weak defence, and is already in the finals, they dont need this game. but im sure they will take the game seriosully to shut down the former Champions...

Italy has very strong offense, and know how to put the pressure on.

Brazil defeated the USA 3-0 in their last match to remain undefeated in the tournament so far.

Italy beat them 3-1 AND dominated in the second half, the entire time...Offenseivly

Italy are an absolutely ridiculous price (+220) in this game and I'm yet to find a compelling reason why. They're ranked one place higher in FIFA world rankings, they need to win this game to progress, whereas Brazil don't, and they would no doubt have had a rocket up their ass from the head coach and the media for getting beaten by Egypt in their last game.

Because I'm more worried about the draw than I am Brazil I've had a small bet on Italy +125 (Draw No Bet)

I wish I had seen this before I went to work this morning. Italy is not a good team. They got every call in the world and couldn't beat the US for 60 minutes... only after the 10 men for the US were exhausted could they put a few goals in.

Italy will be fine next year when it matters. They never, ever, cared about this tournament. Now they can enjoy at least a little vacation, instead of spending another week at a pointless tournament.

Brazil and Spain are playing good soccer. So, even though it's a pointless tournament, I still look forward to a quality game.

Ermmm... It will not be Brazil outclassing Spain to win the tournament. If Brazil does win, it will be because Spain chokes... and nothing else. Spain's 2nd team is just as good as Brazil's first. And that's kind of scary because Brazil is the 2nd best team in the world.

Spain is the European champion, which is a championship that, unlike the World Cup, is without weak teams. They're in great form, are very well organized, and haven't lost in 35 matches.

I don't think any team in this game will school the other, but if that should occur then Brazil would likely be the pupil. More probable is a very good game between two different styles.

(If you're now going to say that Italy is the world champion, let's just keep it at that, because I'm done explaining my view of this Italian team).

Spain is a very good team but Euro 2008 doesnt compare to the WCup why because Spain never beat anyone except Germany and if they played the world cup they would lose like they always do. Remember when Spain went in as favorites against France in 2006 and got shellacked 3-1.

The World Cup is basically Euro Cup plus Brazil and Argentina minus the weak teams that qualify for every world cup.

This is a well known fact among soccer followers, so I don't know why you would argue it.

in wcup you have to win 3games after group stage to get to final. in euro cup just 2- that 1 game is big difference
