I had a record month in January and I was all set to spend a weekend with my gf at one of the ridiculously expensive joints in Niagara Falls. But she fell off the face of the earth and it didn't happen.

When my sister got married in February I gave them a much bigger envelope than anyone would have expected. I really enjoyed being able to do that.

But overall I don't do much. Maybe I pick up the tab faster even when it's not my turn. But it's not like I have expensive taste and the tabs I'm picking up are anything eye-popping.

I think I need to be more fun.

Just trying to tame my Ego and keep my Self-control.

Winning BIG is a very DANGEROUS thing in my opinion. Usually, players after winning big see themselves unbeatable, A Great/Genius Handicapper. I try to avoid these kind of things because if you feel very very overconfident, you can play with higher stakes and take bigger risks. Remain emotionless all the time. There isn't a big difference between winning and losing in my opinion. Even a %60 Capper loses %40 of all his bets in every 100 bets placed..

But of course, you have to motivate yourself (celebration) after a succesful month. I set a target for every month and season. If I can hit my target this season (Baseball season) I will pay a visit to Vegas

Really still a complete rookie and never had big winnings, but I still have the Chris Coste dream of making it big one day! If I do make it, ask MrsMonkey what she would do with it! She might allow me to buy the home brew equipment since she does fancy exotic beers and I told her it's like picking fresh vegies out of the backyard garden!

I never celebrate, I rarely even buy anything, I keep all my money in different investments and I try to invest in as much property around here as possible. Gambling is no more than a hobby for me...
