I think we are ok with the Noles...they played absolutely shitty that first half and are only down by one!...14 turnovers?!...ridiculous...however, Michigan is not doing much better...as long as FSU continues to contest shots with their height and length advantage, they will be in this game til the end...if not for the refs blowing the goddamn whistle on every other play and sending Michigan to the FT line, the Noles would be up by at least double digits right now.

Could this be Kansas’ year?? I took them in my bracket but really starting to think they might do it. They overcame a lot of adversity and had their struggles but they’re battle tested and experienced. With De Sousa getting more time they now have a legitimate front court as well.

Still feel this way. De Sousa has made very important contributions for a team that was in dire need of an additional inside presence.

Gave back a little bit but still in good shape. Can't wait for the Final Four. Villanova is better than Kansas but again, KU just always seems to find a way. Loyola should give Michigan a hell of a game. Really nothing flukey about this run for the Ramblers.

Heard a stat on the radio the other day that Bill Self is 17-9 straight up when Kansas is a dog. Haven’t fact checked the stat, but just thinking at West Va, at Texas Tech, vs. Duke this year all straight up wins for Kansas as underdogs.

Not saying it continues tonight but is interesting.

National Championship:

Expecting a tightly contested game. It’s going to be really hard for Villanova to follow up the shooting night they had on Saturday. Both teams are excellent shooting squads but championship games are often played tight to the vest. The game slows down and is played more in the halfcourt. The Wagner/Spellman matchup should be a lot of fun to watch. Two big men who can really stroke it but also get by their defender if you close out too hard.

I have a hard time seeing Villanova not winning this game. Anything can happen but I expect it to be close throughout and the Wildcats to make the plays down the stretch.
