US Open Means Nothing This Year
Tiger got screwed playing in the mud plus rain yesterday. All the leaders had perfect weather. Tiger playing early tomorrow in rain again.

Seeing Tiger 6-1 light up the board now, still way overpriced. Fade that for the limit IMHO.

Not even a 2 stroke difference between guys that went out yesterday compared to the guys who started today. Tiger played piss poorly and doesn't have an excuse.

True, but the conditions for the end of his round today were really nice. He had practically perfect conditions for his last 4 holes of the round that he shot 4 over par on.

The 2 amateur kids---Weaver and Martin played in the same muck as Tiger--and shot better scores than he did.

Same with Graeme McDowell and Ian Poulter.

The weather didn't have anything to do with Woods' 3-putt on 15, and his bogeys on 16 and 18.

Woods did have some bad luck....his chip on 15 fell off that ledge--hat it stayed up on the top tier, he would have had a 12 foot par putt--instead it fell to the front and became a 35 footer up two levels of green.

tiger having a bad first round nothing new but the weather definitely helped him get to +4. He needs to come back on round 4 to win a major someday anyways, about time he does it.

Tiger Woods is overrated. It's always an excuse. His knee, rain, mud, wind, etc

Wrong Paves. He's the best player in the world and hopefully he'll be a batter price at the British Open when I shall probably back him.

He's the best player in the world but trying to pick a winner in golf majors is like playing roulette. If an amateur can hit -8 in 2 rounds Tiger Woods can use no excuse about the weather. They pay him millions to hit balls in fairways and greens. If I wanted to watch someone hitting trees and high grass I would go to the course and play myself.

haaha pavy, you are clueless. who do you think is an amateur??? Barnes has been on the nationwide tour and on and off the pga tour for at least 5 or 6 years. tiger and the rest of the guys who had early times thurs and late times friday, played in the absolute worst time slot possible with the worst weather conditions, thats a fact. the leaders played yesterday afternoon and this morning when the course was at its dryest and the weather was at its best. scott overachieved for 2 rounds. he will fall way back. hell, tiger is about to catch him. i like the way weir is playing. out of the leaders, he is the one to watch

Adam Scott will cruise tomorrow. Your boy Tiger is behind him. My boy was +15000 before tourney and your boy was +190. Enough said. I think you are clueless for picking Tiger "Choke" Woods to win.
