Necro and Ill Bill are brothers and they are both jewish, from brooklyn. Necro is solo, while Ill Bill is mostly connected with the group Nonphixion. I need drugs and Gory Days are some good albums.

Hard to tell....my impression is that he dealt and did drugs when he was younger..and in that video he makes a comedy about his uncle, and his jewish friends, being real life crack heads and heroin addicts.
