Does anyone feel the way I do where you can't pass up a +345 moneyline like on the Nationals game last night? They know they aren't going anywhere so the Nationals are all pissed they are being dissed by the oddsmakers and go all out to prove the world wrong by turning in a good effort. When you are +345 you feel it's like being in the world series game you will never be in.In the next few games where you are just +150,it's time get complacent and fall into a rut again where you don't have incentive and a revenge factor and you go back to proving the world right that you actually do suck.

There really aren't any bad teams so with a little luck and a little bad luck for the other team you can have immediate equalizers.Just little negatives like Jeter leaving the game and such is one.

Baseball is the only pro sport where you can't justify having a team as being over about a +200 underdog.

Tommy Lasorda used to say that every team MLB team will win 50 games and every MLB team will lose 50 games. That's always been true in the modern era as far as I know.

That's a lot when you consider it's almost a third of the season.

I will always take a +350 dog regardless of dog pitcher or team, just wont wager too much on it

Always a chance the starting pitcher leaves the game for injury such as holliday couple games ago

Hey,I'm not an idiot where I would place serious money on the Nats to win at any price. All I mean is that they are great for small bet parlay players to turbo charge ''accelerate'' your parlays into the stratosphere.

It's like buying a million shares of pink sheet over the counter penny stock for $100.Even if you lose, you convince yourself you got value and a good shake of the dice for your money.Lots of upside potential with little risk.

Yeah, I heard that the Nationals managers and coaches before the game go around telling all the players what odds the team is at Pinnacle as extra motivation.
Somehow they still have managed to win only 16 games so far.

Brent you have quite the imagination.
