3 weeks and counting for SIA withdrawal
I requested an $800 withdrawal 3 weeks ago....have made many successful withdrawals and deposits over the last three years with them. I've called or e-mailed every day and get the same answer....that they are "waiting to hear back from the processor". I can understand a few days to do that, but I've been following up now for the last two weeks.

    Any suggestions here??

We have had quite a few complaints about SIA in recent weeks. If you would please send me an PM with your account number and details, and i'll be happy to find out the current status of your complaint.

            Unclejemina -

I'll be happy to help you. In fact, SIA contacted me about this thread. Would you email me at justin@sportsbookreview.com?

If you give me your account (but not your PW - SBR will never ask for a password), I'll forward the info to SIA. I think that will expedite things.

update: the money is back in my SIA account. i got an e-mail from a supervisor today that my withdrawal was "rejected by the bank due to invalid bank details". it's a lame excuse since it's the same bank info that i've had no problems with in the past, and the routing and account #'s were correct in my account profile. anyway, they claim that the issue has been corrected, and they will process the withdrawal again.

thanks to SBR for helping to escalate the issue!
