Stallworth got a hell of a deal....
Regardless of the Probation, community service, civil suits, fines etc etc etc... he got away with killing someone while he was drunk and only is going to do 30 days in the poki.... Unreal..

Yeah it's sad. Yet, Vick had to do all the time over some goddamn dogs. Yeah, I feel bad for those dogs but come on.

What does that family think? If one of them killed someone by accident while they were drunk they would do more than 30 days.. I am shocked by this.

stallworth got off light- even though he doesnt drive again thats tough. but vicks punishment was outrageous. only in western countries do you get punished for killing dogs. what is it with people falling in love with dogs. vick should have been fined a few bucks and then they could have used that money to pay those parks and recs guys to clean up all the shit dogs have left behind. but stallworth is definitely lucky

Honestly, the family is probably happy to have cashed in... I mean, just by going on the facts alone, the guy jay-walking was mostly at fault. Sure, Stallworth put himself in a ****ed up position. But he did make an attempt to alert the guy I guess and at the last sec, well, the unfortunate happen.

I agree that Stallworth got a sweetheart deal, but he did own up to his mistake---not condoning it--- just saying. He was driving under the influence, which is never good, but the guy just walking in the middle of the road like that, well, he put himself in a bad position too.

Just a tragic situation all the way around and I do feel for his family. I just hope Stallworth redeems himself, by not coming back to be a great player, but by taking this issue up as his life's cause and doing his damnest to make sure he can do EVERYTHING in his power to spread the message about how driving under the influence is wrong.

He will be a living testament as to the dangers of drinking and driving. Here's hoping something good will someday come out of this dark, dark situation...

Bet you wont hear the word "racist" flyin around with this one like you did with Vick either. Yeah what Vick did to the dogs was messed up, but nobody outside PETA would compare killing a dog to killing a person. 30 days has to be some kind of record for DUI manslaughter, was the prosecutor his cousin or something?

                  1. Guy he killed was jaywalking
                  2. He was only going 5 miles over speed limit
                  3. He stopped after hitting him and called 911
                  4. He told cops what happened from the beginning
                  5. He settled financially with the family and apologized numerous times.

Michael Vick was just plain stupid. He tortured and killed defenseless animals.

BS. He was drunk while driving. Quit trying to justify it.

I can guarantee you he would have killed him sober too at 6:30 am at dawn in the dark while flashing his headlights because the guy was jaywalking. It was like hitting a deer and I have done this myself sober.
