not sure i've seen the whole movie but i've seen the 2nd half. did he bet sports too?.... anyway, simply amazing movie for those who haven't seen it. and i have a strong personal connection to the story (on the CIBC banking side)

Depends on what you're looking for:

*If you want to be entertained...it's great. Sit back and enjoy it. Tons of memorable quotes that you'll hear in the poker rooms.
*For authenticity...maybe not the best. A daily poker pro can poke holes in the plot. Things like no-cuts, etc.

If u gamble, and especially if u play poker, it's must-watch. The acting is actually QUITE good:
*Imho, Damon, Turturro, and Norton hit the mark perfectly. They get it just right.
