Haven't capped this one enough yet, but the Cards at +106 stands out to me as a solid pick. Sure they are facing Verlander (who has been incredible thus far) but Wainwright has been far from a slouch himself. The Cards always seem tough to beat at home, and Detroit is under 500 on the road. Any early thoughts?
