#116The oldest trick in tennis is saying your hurt..Murray does it all the time
It is a ploy to make your opponent let up
Joker was fine, he wanted the pressure off himself so he said he was hurt, he is older now and less energy
lol...in tennis if your hurt it is 100% obvious on the court and you get smoked

There isn't much fun in losing, and there's even less fun when injured. Just ask Novak Djokovic, who fell in straight sets Monday at the Australian Open.
"It's not great," Djokovic said of his elbow. "At the end of the first set, it started hurting more. ... I had to deal with it until the end of the match. It's frustrating, of course, when you have that much time and you don't heal properly. But it is what it is.Comment -

Joker was 100% healthy but I'd say about 70% or less of his old self right now if that makes any sense
At the pro level of the best players in the world, it's a steep and slippery slope. A minute difference can have wide marginal effects
If it's any consolation, I'd say he's fighting and inching closer to his old form losing 3 consecutive tie breakers to an up and comerComment -

#133what else do u need is this clear enough
Novak Djokovic admitted it was ‘frustrating’ that his elbow did not heal properly during a six-month absence from tennis and plans to ‘reassess’ his options as he considers more time away from the sport. The 12-time Grand Slam champion was beaten by world No. 58 Hyeon Chung in a battling straight sets defeat, with the South Korean winning 7-6 (7-4) 7-5 7-6 (7-3) in nearly three-and-a-half hours. Djokovic required treatment on his elbow – which had forced him away from the sport since retiring from his Wimbledon quarter-final against Tomas Berdych – during the match and he confessed that it didn’t ‘heal properly’. ‘First of all, I have to say I’m very grateful I had the chance to play,’ he said after the loss.

#136I agree that joker was not 100 pct. I watched the whole match. However you cant take anything away from Chung, that kid is unreal. He battles man, never gives up on a ball ever. He has such powerful leg strength that he can make unreal shots even when he gets stretched out. Only weakness is the serve. Im telling you, if feds is not on its going to be a long match.
