I believe so, if you bet him to win the match. I got paid for my Chung to win 2nd set right after the 2nd set was completed. However, I believe the full match bets follow the same rule as the pre match wagers for tennis which is the match must be completed. Void if there is a retirement.

Djoker had more double faults in the first set than most have in a match. Djoker played like dog shit. His hip and elbow are obviously hurt. Djoker had that 3rd set on a silver platter. He missed volleys, gimmes, and forehands that were waist high just begging to get crushed. Djoker looked 60% that match.
