Feel bad for you Abe i have had software glitches myself twice last year I listed pitchers when i went to review bet they were just blank didn't say action or anything. When i called them up to inquire they said they would not cancel or change bet to listed that my bet will just count as action. At the time i to was upset but realize this is a necessary rule, i work in a sportsbook where we are constantly voiding tickets even though we have many signs posted "Please check tickets before leaving window". And this is with help from actual people to make there bet, if offshore's voided every time a person made a mistake they would be getting tons of calls everyday!
