    Week Three of Diet and weight loss.Hows it going for you
    Officially lost 16 lbs as of last night Eating very healthy very little to no carbs. Greens chicken fish some red meat. Been kinda tough on weekends but it's a goal so goals take drive and stamina.
    Today's breakfast
    Egg whites (hard bouled)
    Vitamin water
    Banana
    Slice of cheese

    Lunch
    BLT Salad
    GREEN TEA
    GRAPEFRUIT

    my bankroll in expanding
    But my waist is shrinking

    How's your goal on weightloss doing?

      Are you also exercising?

      A treadmill at home does wonders.

      Lost 20+ months (a lot for me) ago despite still pigging out on Wknds.

            Im a commercial electrician pretty physical during day
            I have been doing sit ups at night treadmill weights on weekends
