need a book recomendation

Out of the A rated books on here what do you guys recommend for U.S. bettors. I'm gonna deposit and withdraw only with cashiers checks through fed-x. I just dont want any trouble trying to collect winnings or cashing the sportsbooks' checks. Do most of these books let you request withdrawls online or do you have to call in. I dont wanna deal with crazy long distance charges. I'm not gonna withdraw more than once a month so I'm looking for a book with 1 free fed-x cashiers check withdrawl a month, preferably no minimum withdrawl. And also, do most books require you to wager a certain amount before you make a withdrawl. Thanks for any answers. I appreciate it.

I just checked 5dimes.com it says the minimum deposit for checks through express courier is $100 and the minimum for withdrawals through express courier is $500. So I guess if you dont have $500 in your account you need a different payment method.

Does anyone know what the minimum withdrawal at legendz is for the 1 free cashiers check withdrawal a month.and I cant find what their minimum deposit is for them to reimburse the fed-x fees. At betjamaica it says you have to deposit $200 for them to reimburse your fed-x fees. And their minimum for the free withdrawl a month is $200.

legendz sucks. 5dimes is the best but for what youre doing betjamaica maybe. 10cent baseball lines...great software. free fedex check a month. great racebook. only thing i hate is they do not do tennis except majors, not much for soccer...not alot of betting options. just moneygram the money to 5dimes and u get a free payout a month. book is the best.
