#37If you use a freeplay and 2 games win and the other pushes on a 3 teamer I can assure you you still hit the parlay but it’s valued as a two team parlay. A freeplay used at bookmaker as a straight bet that pushes does count as a loss though. Even if their fine print says the parlay loses it definitely doesn’t get graded like that and I’ve been with this book for ten years.Originally posted by RudyRuetiggerI thought that, but bookmaker now says a tie means a loss according to what I read

#39FreePlay PARLAYS are not graded as losses in the SBR Sportsbook, with a tie and winner(s). They are treated as I said in my prior post. Your thread you linked to relates to FreePlay straight bets that are graded as losses. That is not in dispute.Originally posted by OptionalI wish I could name more books for you that work this way, but I know about the rule and never use a freeplay with anything that can push so don't think about it.
And as far as Guesser. I don't know all the ins and outs of the SBR Book software but over many years there has been regualr posts in the points forum asking why freeplay parlays were graded losers with a push. And like you said, sometimes mods have refunded them when asked. Which is why I used the word Default software setting instead of rule.
This isn't some blatantly unfair or out of left field rule anyway, but c'mon, we should not have to read the rules really isn't a great argument even if it was.
As far as the Free Play Push = loss rule at Bookmaker and DSI, this is how it was explained to me years ago when I asked. Because I've used it for Parlays there also. The Free Play will be a loser if the ENTIRE BET pushes, but a game that ends in a push within a parlay bet is NOT treated as a loser. It just reduces the bet by one game, like in any other parlay. Now if both sides, or all sides of your parlay push, that would be a loss because the entire bet is a push and a push = a loss. DSI is wrong here by the rules that they used when in the Bookmaker family.Comment -

#41Yes that is what i thought but she said it is not the entire bet loses. Here is our conversation. The part that really blew my mind is the 9 game part . Could you imagine how much someone would have been screwed out of in that situation.Originally posted by TheGuesserFreePlay PARLAYS are not graded as losses in the SBR Sportsbook, with a tie and winner(s). Jenn (08:56:40): with one push it would be considered a loss
Robert (08:56:43): even if the 1 was a loss the other 2 in the parlay should have won something

It does say it is a loss on their site. But it does not mean that is right . A Push is called a Push for a reason. They should at least give you your FP back.Comment
