I'm glad I can't answer that question yet.
Guessing that the guys who are quick to get the boot are the scalper types who max-bet everything all the time, and/or guys who make tons of withdrawals. I'm hoping that they only monitor the amount of money coming out, but that may be wishful thinking.

I believe he trashed when there was a Pinny/Matchy arb saying it wouldn't be available long.
An arb with SIA is likely to be around longer if what I hear about this book is correct in them having off market lines.

So how long does it take to get booted at SIA?
~$10k or so but it depends on whether or not you cash out multiple times and how quickly you win. I'm surprised Matt Rain doesn't max almost everything there since their limits are 1100 on sides and 440 on totals for the major North American sports.
