They are not supposed to be this good, this late in the season. Plus I have the under of 80.5 on them. Scary. How are they doing it?
When are the SF Giants going to fade?

#3I think you're safe if they pass on trading for a stick to hold on to their pitching, I can't see them finishing over .500 with the lineup they have. Bengie Molina, for one, will definitely tail off at the end of the season. Beyond that they don't have much.Comment -

#13Originally posted by seaborneqYea, but what do they have to acquire some bats. Are they going to make a beads for Manhattan deal with someone?
For some reason, the G-Men do for their acesComment -

#14They sent Sanchez down and called up some kid who pitched pretty decent I heard. (?)
The Giants are confusing the **** out of me too. I never thought they would stick around this long but the pitching is deadly. Still, I think they fade by mid August.Comment -

#15San Francisco will NOT acquire any big bats... Sorry... Unless they give up one of their badass pitchers there is no way they will get a big hitter...Comment -

#16Not sure what is so confusing...they have the #1 home record...their era ranks them 3rd in the league... and their hitting is not as bad as mentioned...they are right in the middle batting at .259.
If you have wins under...you may need an injury to a starting pitcher... Long way to go...Comment -

#19I heard that rumor back when Nolasco was sent to AAA and Anibal Sanchez got hurt.
I would imagine SFO would want Uggla plus a prospect for CainComment -

#20Yeah that's true.. Fla is still a contender too unbelievably.. So that would make sense... I'm a Braves fan.. There have been alot of rumors in Atlanta of Jeff Francouer being tradedComment -
