Curious to see if this has happened to anyone else..

I am 35 years old and from 18- 27 I use to drink a lot of Beer, and I stopped for a while. I try to have a few beers now and then but it isn't the same anymore. I barely can get one beer down. It just doesn't feel the same and doesn't go down smooth.. .. anyone relate?

Slickster, I never was into hard stuff, I guess it's a good thing I literally have to force beer down. It goes down a little easier when I go skiing though.

I am 27 and would drink alot from 18 to 22 and when I drink now, I only want a few to "relax"

Getting hammered isn't the same anymore for me either...

No sir, I can't. I am 40, and from about the age of 27-31 I dried out completely, not 1 drink in that span. When I started back up, I picked up right where I left off. The only problem I have now is that the "after-effects" last a whole lot longer....

I would say, let's get together for a drink but usually when people drink together, they end up having a few and making a nite of it.

With the way we seem to be, we would each have one and then that would be it. That'd sure make the rest of the time awkward lol

How do you snort it like that? It doesn't get up in my nose if I do that. I have to stick my tooter way up in my nostril, if not it is a waste JJ. At least you don't fire it up your vein.
