Im on my 2nd. Good but man there is a lot of room for improvement. The camera is poor and text messaging functions like forwarding and sending multiple posts and just basic stuff like that are not in there. yet. The browser rocks and email is great. They made some fixes like it no longer over heats and cooks your ear and the speaker works a lot better.

The battery seems to give out fairly quickly on mine, but I'm happy with it overall.

Yes, that is my only negative: the battery life. Everyone I know that has one says the same thing. Hopefully, the newer model will address this issue.
