    Anyone Play At Diamond?
I see it advertised here but never hear much about them which I guess is good.

DSI? Its just like playing at CRIS...well to 90%.
That means they are a top shop, of course.

I play with them quite a bit. In fact, I have been on a hot streak with them over the last several days. I was kind of upset b/c the sales dept. called me this weekend and told me I could have a 20% reup bonus. I put in 4K and they credited me my 800 free play. I wagered a couple of times and won and then the free play was taken away. I called and the sales manager said I had made a withdrawal at BetCris last week and they are related so I wasn't eligible. I was kind of upset b/c they called me and offered the bonus. I really do enjoy playing with them though and they are a solid book.

DSI has been terrific in my experience. Basically a CRIS/Betmaker clone, except DSI had dimelines on MLB sides last summer where the others had full juice. (Although that flip-flopped in the playoffs).

I have also found DSI to be slightly more liberal with bonuses. I don't like what TheGambler is saying though. That's a classic bait-and-switch. I bet Dozer could get that fixed because they are clearly in the wrong.

I've never had any problems like that. Basically they are like CRIS which is very good in my book.

what do you think Bill Dozer? I don't want to cause any problems and not ever be able to play there again.

FWIW, I dont think you would have a problem in the future if you pursued this issue. If you have described the issue accurately, I think you would be more likely to get an apology than any kind of retribution.

This is a big corporate kind of book, not the kind of shop that would carry grudges. I have had a few minor issues with them at times and it doesn't seem to matter. Time marches on, I make my plays, the account empties one way or another, all is forgotten, and eventually they call me back offering a new deposit bonus.

Mind you, this is the first I have heard of them considering your action at CRIS towards what happens at DSI so maybe things are changing.

I would also be interested to hear what Dozer thinks but that is my 2 cents.
