Superbowl home team winner

Will there ever be a team who is hosting the superbowl that makes it to the big game. I have been hoping for this to happen for so long but the league is smart. They always give the game to Detroit , New Orleans, Miami or Atlanta or Tampa. Wouldnt it be nice to see a team have home field advantage for once in the biggest sports game of the year.

That's crazy home fans rooting for a Superbowl team in their own city. That might make the game too intense and make the game more meaningful. Don't think that will ever happen. At least they aren't thinking of playing the Superbowl in another country, or are they?
