ive noticed a few of your parlays but you never elaborate much on your picks. where do you come up with these plays from?

Well, there's a 3 pick contest going on in a thread at the top of the baseball page. The standings are posted every afternoon. A few of us are having pretty decent results there.

But I agree with JJ. Everybody runs hot and cold. It's the nature of this business. That's why bankroll management is so key.

i would somewhat agree with that - all good cappers have good and bad seasons. the ones who make it through this, are those who manage their losing streaks well, and practice sound money management.

basically - accept when you're down, and dont chase. then grind back and make some cash.

Not many guys keep a long running thread that can back up how they are really doing.

Pair of 5s is up 8 units so far this season (yes it's a small sample size).

DFoster was up about 40 units but I believe it's down to about 25 units (again, small sample size).

Rjt had a real good 2008 but has gotten off to a slow start. I'm sure he'll rebound.

The absolute only way anyone can make a claim on SBR that they are a sharp bases capper is to keep an accurate spreadsheet AND post all plays.

St Andrew was a good bases capper but his money management was very poor.

I am usually at the top of the MLB Moneyline contest and I am in the top ten in the baseball pick 3 contest. I consider myself quite sharp in baseball.
