I liked the Wings alot myself, but promising a Wings win was just silly, it's out of our hands once the game starts.

He could easily make it better by making a post congratulating Pittsburgh backers.

I loved Detroit up until game 7, anything can happen in a game and a Detroit win was no certainty but I bet them at -150 for the series and it was the right price for game 7 so I held on to it when I could easily have hedged a certain profit by wagering on the Penguins.

Yup, he wasn't trying to hear anything but Detroit.. His confidence, coupled with his hockey knowledge had me go against my instinct..

You should've hedged tho yo...

Very true. You can't hold it against someone if they post a pick, provide analysis, and behave in a graceful manner. When you anxiously reject others, mouth off, make promises, and only make plays on teams who you were already a fan of it usually doesn't end well.
