Got around 2k from Betroyal. Only took 2 phone calls, a couple talks to livechat, and about 4 broken promises of tomorrow, tomorrow. Took about 9 days. Not bad!

Scared? No, I expect things to go slow at a D- book. I sensed this was incompetenece. I'd asked for the payment first by phone and then talked to live chat twice (premature on my part but diligent) but then they lost the whole transaction and I had to call in again, thus starting over. This was sheer incompetence and then I talked to live chat a few more times and it finally appeared. But I was never so concerned that I asked for a superviser or management or accounting. Just deat with clerks and had I been concerned I'd of definitely spoke to someone else. Had it taken a few more days, I'd of started to get concerned that management is actively taking a position to not pay me and something is going on.
And if any of these D places don't pay me I'd never be scared. I don't deposit enough there as I'm aware that sooner or later one of them will stiff me. If Pinny didn't want to pay me, then I'd be scared.

How did you request the money. Was it by eft or neteller.
Royal has had payout issues for years. Though I imagine another 1 or 2 football seasons like the one we are having know, and those problems will be rectified. At the end of the day, everyone gets paid. There are players who beat royal for 6 figure amounts and they got paid.Comment -
