#5Try HSBC or Bank of Nova Scotia. IMO, most banks that are willing to take you as a client to begin with are fine.Comment -

Bank of Nova Scotia - (Scotiabank) is by far the worst bank in Canada when it comes to online gambling.
If you could open an account at a Canadian bank I'd recommend CIBC or TDCanadaTrust.
Much better than Scotia (for gambling).Comment -

#8Thanks Betplom. I'm not Canadian, so I wholly respect your input. Are they bad for online gambling in the sense that their bank cards don't work well at online sites?Comment -

#9I am not 100% certain about Scotiabank cards working at online gambling sites but other Canadian SBR posters have reported Scotiabank won't do wire transfers or alllow CC deposits via moneybookers using Scotia products.Originally posted by ico2525Thanks Betplom. I have TD & CIBC accounts and **** cards and have never had a problem depositing to any sportsbook with these institutions.Comment -

#16You will get paid if you are playing at quality poker sites. It may take a little while but I think the government is going to get a lot of backlash about this. If the frank bill passes you will be scott free of course but I don't know how likely it is to pass.
Obama admin. has done nothing to help online gambling. That is the only reason I was looking forward to him being in office. Now we have socialism which leads to a decrease in quality of life in all cases and no help with online gambling. Thanks BHO.
I guess the good news is that he would probably sign the bill if it passes where GWB would not.Comment -
