Move to Canada and live in a smoke-free building.
You will freeze your ass so bad each time you go out to smoke you will prefer the shakes over the frostbite.

Buy a bunch of food, lock yourself in your place, and try to sleep away about two weeks.

I think you should hire a big guy with muscles and have him follow you around all day. Tell him that if you try to reach for a cigarette, he should kick your ass, literally, just beat the shit out of you.
Tell me you wouldn't stop?

SSLP, understand how tough it is, been 6 years, 5 months, 10 days, 17 hours and 30 minutes since I had one after smoking for 35 years. I quit a dozen times where I would go at least 5-7 days and then go back to them. Quit one time for nine months and still went back to them. If I somked one now I'd be back to 20 a day by this time tomorrow.
You have to do it for yourself, to start with. One of the times I quit, I did so saying I was doing it for the wife. Didn't take. And you have to keep waking up each morning telling yourself that today is the day you quit.
This last time, I used the gum early on and that helped. And I still have a dip of snuff, so I haven't broken the chains of the nicotine addiction completely. Might sound corny, but go to a doctor and ask him for suggestions. If one doesn't work, try another. Just don't give up on quitting. If I can quit puffing the cigs, anyone can. Good luck.

I dont know what that is but remember, you can do anything if you set your mind to it. Be a master and not a slave to your temptations!
Set at date, clean the carpets, sheets, sofa and throw away all the ash trays and anything that will remind you of smoking.
The smell is the worst
Take it serious and not half ass

BTW, if you have a girlfriend or wife or anyone living with you that sucks butts in the house, get rid of them for 3 weeks. At the very least, no more smoking in the house.
Just make it the 3 weeks and you have a great chance of beating it.

Watch an entire season of Mets games. The psa's that they play several times a game will eventually make you not want to smoke. I think right now they have the african american lady who smoked and has almost all of her fingers cut off due to smoking. Or last year it was the guy who talks weird (needs a device to talk and sound like a robot) since he had throat surgery.
