    Accuscore, you out there buddy?

I'm watching on TV and they're really playing the violin with the whole Mickelson's wife being sick issue, and how he believes he can win and it'll be his last tourney for a while as he'll be there to support his wife.

Then we have John Daly returning after a six month suspicion.

And of course a Tiger Woods fresh off his recent win at whatcha call it... I'm looking forward to some golf....

He didn't? On the preview it said he felt like this was an opportunity to get his career back on track coming off the six month suspension?

8000 yrds long with foot thick rough sounds like fun

Not sure I'd enjoy havin 300 to the hole in foot thick rough on a par 4, be like I'll wedge out to the fairway for a 280 yrd up and down for par

But its fun as hell watchin the best in the world struggle to break 80

True. And bear in mind, these are multi-millionaires that play golf for a living, I wouldn't mind a job where the worst thing that can happen is you shoot 80 at The US Open.

I think Mickelson has got to be the pick. I'm nowhere near a golf handicapper, or even avid follower, but with all that he is going thru, being forced to really focus on this tourney to try and think about something else for a few hours will bring out his best golf

He will win this one for his wife and pledge to donate a great portion of his winnings to Breast Cancer research

I have to agree with you JJ... I guess I'm just hoping for Phil, for storyline purposes and all.

Would really like to see Tiger vs Phil tied on the back nine on sunday. Talk about good theater

Daly barely has any status in the PGA right now due to his performance the past few years, the only way he can get into tournaments is by sponsor's exemptions (how he got into the St. Jude) and when the draw gets down to the past champion exemption which is way way down the list.

                                  I think Tiger or Mickelson.

If you like golf and want to better your game visit Modelgolf.com. I had a lesson done there and they captured my golf swing and I was able to go home and watch via their website. It has helped me alot.

Sounds good, but pretty sure that guy who goes by the name Tiger will be just as hungry for the championship, and one could argue he will be less distracted. I know Mickelson is a professional, but that stuff weighs on a guy. He said himself he randomly breaks down and starts crying.
