    Water boils at 212F
How long will it take for a full pot (approx 2 litres) of boiling water to evaporate if left on the stove unattended?

    This is kind of urgent.

    Thanks!

Will depend on a few factors, plom. What's the elevation where this pot of water is boiling?

Use Langmuir's equation on evaporation rate, you leave too many unknown variables to give an answer.

                I dunno, it's not a problem I've ever faced.

When I get an answer, I'll be sure to let you know.

Now go and make some sales.
