How do I remove wart under my eye??

Had this thing for a year and can't rid myself of it.

Want to get rid of it on my own.

Tried freezing it off, not working.
Tried shaving it off, think I infected it for awhile.
Tried burning it off, not work.
Tried Vinegar and something(home remedy I read online), didn't work.
