St. Louis batting has been basically nonexistent, they havent scored over 2 runs in a year and are facing Josh Johnson with a 5-1 record and 2.63 ERA, on top of that Florida is just as weak offensively this year and facing Carpenter with a fukin .71 ERA

I caution that I have lost last 4 years at baseball so me taking the under usually insures both pitchers blow up and final score 10-9 or something but

I wanted to take the under but I fear that STL might like the new surroundings being on the road tonight. If STL dont score though I dont see FLA getting anything off Carpenter.

I completely agree and having watched the Cardinals at home unable to ever score over 2 in a game against the mediocre pitching Rockies I find it unlikely they'll catch fire against Josh Johnson but as all know this is baseball and a couple walks followed by a smash by Pujols changes everything

That's not bad, I like St. Louis this game as well with Carpenter on the mound but fuk they've played like dogshit the last week getting swept by the Rockies at home and 3-8 over their last 11 games, but I agree the Cards should take this one, could very easily see a 2-1 final with these teams and pitchers, a FF score could easily be 1-0 or even 0-0
