What's the dif between good management and mediocre?
In a recent thread, SBR_John said:

"I was impressed at the moves Pinnacle is making. They were always great bookmakers with suspect mid-managers for operations. They have drastically improved in that area and players will see even more improvements soon."

Now obviously Pinny is quite good at what they do, but I wanted to know what the difference is between books that seem to do alright on all the big stuff (timely payouts, decent support, etc) and one where you actually go out of your way to say they have good management. Obviously different books cater to different clientele, but there have to be some common factors that make you say "these guys clearly have their ship together" and "these guys could certainly do much better." What are the common factors and what makes one management team different from the whole squad of shysters who are only out there to take money off of squares?

    Thanks,
    TCG

Putting people who understand and can deal with the scale and issues the book is at. A book like pinnacle has to have the best since they are so large and handle so many bets and payouts.
