New Orleans though is riddled with crime and the City is very dirty.

It is not an appealing place to go and you see lots of lower class people their.

The place is unsafe

JJ..riddled w/ crime is very true..make the wrong turn late at night or even during the day can be detrimental to your life..New Orleans is once again #1 Murder Capital...but JJ...their are lower class people everywhere you go..I guess New Jersey doesnt have lower class people around right?? JJ...if Im correct..New Jersey is #1 in car theft for the last 20+ yrs. Well I guess it's better than #1 Murder Capital right.
