    Fukks ups happen, and it's also possible ** fukked up, not bookmaker.

    I highly doubt Bookmaker was like "you know how we can ramp up profits a bit? Take people's ** deposits and then claim we never got them. Nice!"

                              So they credited your account in the end?? I don't understand, if they don't steal people's ** deposits, how are they going to make any money?


                              By the way you can use a credit card or debit card there, very easily, it takes about 30 seconds, all online.

                                It must of been some crossed up information, All books gladly take deposits, its the payouts we worry about Bookmaker literally has 100s of customer service reps, so must of been a glitch somewhere.

                                I've openly complained about Bookmaker payout times (average 5 days) previously, but to my surprise, I requested a Moneygram payout at around midnight est Thursday night, and it was available for pickup less than 12 hours later. The one and most important issue is payouts, and with Bookmaker, if you win you will most definitely get paid. No ones ever been stiffed by Bookmaker, and thats why they are one of my top books.

                                    Well I dont want to seem like I panic easily. I was told by ** the money had been already picked up. Then bookmaker tells me "the reference number is bad"

                                    All I seen was red flags. Im not stupid. I only provided to reference number to Bookmaker customer service. For them to tell me that they "couldnt get the money" was sounding like a joke to me. Then I was told to contact ** and have ** send me a fax showing proof the money had been picked up. I was told once I get this document from ** to send it to betcris email customer service. I called ** and they said they dont do that.

                                    Also Bookmaker was the place where I got the name. To act like they had no idea where the money was or they didnt know who picked it up was ridiculous.

                                    Bottom line is IMO Bookmaker is far from a A+ They did end up crediting the money 2 hours after it was picked up. For a moment though what their supervisor was telling me was they couldnt find it and there is nothing they can do and I would have to take it up with **.

                                    Maybe their processor is garbage. Thats not my problem.

                                    Put a disclaimer on their website stating:

                                    "we will pick up your ** transfer instantly so you will not be able to get a refund from ** but there is a possiblity we might not be able to
                                    find it and if that happens there is nothing we can do"


                                    I see Bookmaker rated A+++++++++++++++++++ on every offshore forum. I see people say "they never stiff and they always pay"

                                    Please enlighten me. Is this the norm for A+ books>>?

                                    Ive never had this problem at any other book in the last 13 years
