Fletcher Cox pushes a guy out of his way and runs after the quarterback. Not that hard to do if you're big and strong. That's why they bring some guys straight from the jungle, who never played football in their lives, throw them on the D line for a year and then suddenly they're in the NFL. Think you can do that with a running back? F no.

Fletcher Cox can't impact the game the same way Ajayi can.

While I agree with what you sayin about defensive line being much easier position to learn, that true. You way off about their impact on the game tho, getting after the qb one of most impactful things any player can do in a game. Why you think dlineman get drafted so high? Along with premier left tackles to try to protect qbs. Giants won multiple super bowls mostly cause their dline was able to make life hell on Brady.
