Had both scenarios play out last time I was in Vegas. Did a long weekend with the guys to Vegas during March Madness where we went to a nightclub, played poker, craps, sportsbooks, etc. Great time gambling wise (although whatever I was winning at the books and poker rooms kept disappearing at the craps table). Near the end of the trip, a girl I knew was also in Vegas with her girlfriends and asked if she could tag along with me instead since she was not enjoying the girls trip as much (some of the girls in her group kept arguing on the trip). It was nice having her as my arm candy with random guys giving me looks of, "How the fukk is this 5 with a 10 like her?!?"

Only problem is while I was enjoying her company, it cut into my time I would've spent betting on March Madness, poker, etc. which was what I was originally there for. Also, naturally some of my gambling money went towards taking her out, which I didn't mind, but the time was the bigger expense.
